    I went to the toddler cafe on my own whilst on holidays to give my partner a break. I have never come across a more unfriendly bunch of people. My daughter tried to chat to one of the mums and was completely blanked. While I attempted to engage another in conversation, was actually given a look and she turned away. They all seemed to know each other and didnt want any outsiders there clearly. Maybe because Im English? Who knows. On the plus side, food is cheap and good.

    Had a good time here. We held an event with about 20 people, the waiters were very good, food was awesome and the wine delicious. The staff was very helpful and friendly with us, and we got a good price for the whole thing.

    I I understand MTH Associates are seeking planning consent to develop a property for yet another HMO near my home removing a much needed family home from the market and local residents. Whilst I understand the recent development of Swansea University has proven to be a great financial opportunity for property agents/developers/landlords it has destroyed many traditional communities surrounding the the university. I wonder if the directors / owners of MTH associates would appreciate being sandwiched between two HMO’s/ student accommodation and be satisfied with the decreasing value of their property ? Perhaps student accommodation in Thistleboon drive ? There is of course the impact on public services, health service, fire service , police, refuse / waste management and whilst landlords and students pay no council tax , the long term Swansea residents have to meet the local authority demands every year.
